Claims Process
How to Make a Claim
The claims process is designed to be straightforward. The standard turnaround time for benefit processing is within 30 days of receiving all required documentation.
Obtain Form
Get the relevant claim form from the Trust Secretary.
Complete Forms
Fill out the form and attach all required documentation (ID, KRA PIN, Bank Details, etc).
Submit
Submit the forms to the Board of Trustees via the Trust Secretary.
Computation
Benefits are computed and tax calculations applied by the Administrator.
Approval
Trustees approve the payment instructions.
Payment
Funds are remitted to your bank account or transferred to an approved scheme.
Important Requirements
- Copy of National ID
- Copy of KRA PIN Certificate
- Clearance certificate from MUT
- Bank account details (copy of ATM/Bank statement)
