Eligibility
- Any employee with a contract of service with MUT
- Membership is compulsory for all employees
- Fixed-term contract staff: eligible immediately on appointment
- Confirmed staff: join on first day of month after confirmation

Complete nomination of beneficiary form

Submit completed forms to Trust Secretary

Contributions begin automatically via payroll
